Valentino offers a complimentary return service for items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact. All returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally placed.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original Valentino packaging, ensuring the security tag is attached, and include the pre-printed return label provided in your shipment.

  Schedule Collection

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary pick-up at your convenience or drop off the package at a certified carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your return is received and passes our quality control inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
